Biography

Per Eyde Hansen

Per E. Hansen was born and raised in Denmark and started his Martial Arts training in 1988. He started when he was in the 8^th grade, where he trained and competed in Taekwondo, he won a couple of tournaments and has continued his Martial Arts journey till this day.

Per spent 4 years in the Danish Navy (Nato Fleet) where he also trained in Western Boxing. In 1993, he started training both Wing Tzun & Latosa Escrima in Copenhagen. Per later became one of the first students in Denmark to compete in Full Contact Escrima tournaments throughout Europe, he won one of the first Danish championship & placed 2^nd & 3rd in several other tournaments. In 97’ Per  relocated to Los Angeles where he continued to indulge in his passion for Martial Arts & became a private student and Instructor under Sifu Emin Boztepe (EBMAS) .He later met Moni Aizik at the taping of “COMBATANT” ( Self Defense DVD) and was very impressed by Moni’s No nonsense CKM .

 

Per started training soon after and  became an Instructor  in Commando Krav Maga.

He is now teaching CKM at his school “South Bay Self Defense” as well as training hard to always get better.

•  Kick Boxing
